Food for thought for wives

Imagine if all wives who have been abused by their husbands in all sense of the word should have to walk from their marriage this very minute, how many men would wake up married?
Men get abused too, yes we know that. But this thing called abuse is like a cancer to men. The more calm and appealing they come across, the deadlier they are in inflicting pains on their self acclaimed possession called 'wife'. Some men don't beat, but they've got hammer and pistol tied to their tongues. Out of insecurity they devour their prey like a lion and sting them like a scorpion.
Assuming you know that your wife can beat you up, would you raise a finger on her? You abuse your wife because of your wickedness and not because of love.
You know deep down that you are not a man good enough to keep her out of your real self hence you adopt to control and stripe her off her confidence. Too weak you are in small matter and you want to be strong in ruling a family? You must be a joker, your mates belong to the zoo. Where they eat poo and drink from the mud waters. Your father beat your mother, hence you think it is okay to beat and abuse your wife.... Agbaya niyin brother. You better stop your madness and stupidity before your own slap will arrive by special delivery. Trust me it will come. Every drop of her tears will stand against you where it
matters most. Epe ko (not a curse).... what a man sows he shall reap. O si ma fi irun funfun ra ata loja (you will use your grey hair to buy pepper from the market).
Apologies to all the good men out there who are doing their best to treasure their wives. I can never disrespect you. I just pray that the Lord will continue to grant you wisdom and the right resources to be a good husband that you are.
